"A captivating film that strikes a perfect balance between entertainment and thought-provoking storytelling." - SWIFF Judges
“Our Decay” takes a neutral stance on the abortion debate while shining a light on the impact the choice can make on the parents of the fetus. The film covers a very personal topic because my aunt, who I am very close with, struggled with the decision of getting an abortion. I aimed to capture her pain and struggle in “Our Decay”. The narrative allows the viewer to empathize with both sides of the issue, facilitating discussion between opposing viewpoints on a divisive, but important subject.
